Claims by Creditors
All creditors of Vatika Limited, including financial creditors, operational creditors, homebuyers, employees, and other stakeholders, are required to submit their claims with supporting proof in the prescribed forms in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and the regulations framed thereunder. Stakeholders are advised to adhere strictly to the timelines specified in the Public Announcement, utilise the formats prescribed under the relevant IBBI Regulations, and comply with any instructions issued by the Interim Resolution Professional.
