Claims by Creditors -Projects Aspirations
All creditors of Projects Aspirations, Sector 88B, Gurugram of Vatika Limited, including financial creditors, operational creditors, homebuyers, employees, and other stakeholders, are required to submit their claims with supporting proof in the prescribed forms in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and the regulations framed thereunder. As per the Hon’ble NCLAT order dated 27-03-2026, stakeholders of Projects Aspirations, Sector 88B, Gurugram of Vatika Limited are advised to adhere strictly to the timelines specified in the Public Announcement dated 29-03-2026, utilize the formats prescribed under the relevant IBBI Regulations, and comply with any instructions issued by the Interim Resolution Professional.
